I watched the documentary, “Holy Ghost Reborn,” and realized… we must unlearn everything, and follow CHRIST. 2 Timothy 3:5 says that, in the last days, some will “have a form of godliness, but will deny its power.” This form of godliness is “religion,” and is the reason so many people have left the church, and their faith behind. But acts 2:17 also says: “‘In the … Continue reading Holy Ghost Reborn: The Real Christian Life
“Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.” (Mark 11:23 NIV) Continue reading Amazing Story Behind the Song “Tell Your Heart To Beat Again”
One of the most fundamental lessons we learn as Christians is to follow Christ’s perfect example, and in doing so, we are faced with this very pointed question at the most difficult of times. So, what would Jesus do about the refugee crisis in the Middle East? OUR CALL IS TO BE LIKE CHRIST In Philippians 2:1–11, the apostle Paul emphasizes the humility, and exaltation of Jesus Christ, … Continue reading What Would Jesus Do About The Refugee Crisis?
“For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; for “WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.” Romans 10:12-13 (NAS) These life-changing events produce lives that not only change, but continue to walk with the Lord thereafter. “… the righteous are as bold as a lion.” Proverbs 28:1
The enemy would like nothing more than to silence this mouthpiece for God who is confronting and pushing back darkness in our generation. Continue reading “URGENT: Intercession Called For Franklin Graham”
This is an amazing story of forgiveness, without waiting for the apology. In 2007 Simon Cowell, of American Idol, delivered a crushing blow of criticism to gospel singer Mandisa, regarding her weight. He apologized after she had already forgiven him. It was not easy, but it was also not of her own strength. You see, that’s what the power of God’s love and peace does for us; it gives us the strength to carry on, even in our lowest valley. This is inspirational beyond words. Continue reading “Forgiveness, Without an Apology”
Yes, miracles do still happen today, and we don’t have to wait for a prophet to come around to perform them on us. After Jesus died and rose again, before he ascended into heaven, he promised to send a comforter (the Holy spirit) that would live in us. Once we receive this comforting spirit of God, all we have to do is call on Him, and He WILL answer.
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.” John 14:12-20
“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” 1 Corinthians 3:16
“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31 Russell Wilson, the celebrated 26-year-old Seattle Seahawks quarterback, all but declared his team’s stunning and historic 28-22 overtime victory over the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, a miracle.
